For this Monday I decided to wake up at 6H45 to run to Montmartre again !!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My objectifs<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

For this time my objective was only about speed because it’s Monday I started running at 7h05 and I have to be in my office at 9h, as you can see I don’t have a lot of time…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The run<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

First thing first… Every kebabs were closed, I did not meet tourists, this time the whole experience was satisfying \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now I know the road, at the rate of 8km\/h, I take 26 minutes to arrive at my destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the beginning to Montmatre everything was all right, until… <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The stairs, stairs are the only way to the top, look at this.. after more than 4km, this is terribly hard. But I have to do it, it’s part of the exercise and it’s good for your legs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, this is the end, I came back close to my home, it’s 8h09, I’m still outside and I have less than 50 minutes to be in my office…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The destination, the reward, the view, Montmatre in the morning is absolutely magnificent, this is something you should (wait you have to) see, but for that, you have to wake up before 7h…<\/p>\n\n\n\n
